Simpler has values that transcend politics

October 1, 2024

I wish to highlight the qualifications and reliable, responsible governance to be expected of Mike Simpler in the race for state representative in the 14th District. Mike is a lifelong member of the community dedicated to public service, and he embodies the values and vision that we require of our representatives to move our district forward.

Mike will advocate for our local economy and way of life. As we work hard to provide for our families, he will take a practical approach to the spending of our hard-earned tax dollars. As president of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, he understands the responsibility of providing public safety while encouraging individual responsibility. Promoting responsible job growth and supporting the interests of local businesses large and small, Mike recognizes the importance of empowering entrepreneurs and creating an innovative business environment.

I believe that Mike brings a sound sense of reason to the role of public servant, with values that transcend politics and appeal across party lines. Let’s make Mike our next representative.
