Sposato Landscape recognized by Town of Dewey Beach

December 2, 2015

The Town of Dewey Beach recognized Sposato Landscape for helping beautify the town with its landscaping expertise. “We have received the most professional service from Sposato,” said Dewey Beach Town Clerk Ashleigh Hudson. “Residents, visitors and town commissioners have all had high remarks on the beautiful flowers and conscientious upkeep. The flowers really brighten up the town. It’s a real beautification project. Whenever we have questions or concerns, we contact Sposato and they have a resolution within 24 hours.”

Sue Jernberg, who manages the Dewey Beach account and has been with Sposato for six years, credits her team for delivering the impressive results. ”Our crew is great,” she said, recognizing Christian Lara, Samuel Roque-Ramos, Paul Konitzer, Florencio Lopez-Arroyo and Lupe Rivas-Perez. “They are very knowledgeable and hardworking. Besides planting on the median on Route 1, we installed beds at Town Hall and in a couple of other locations around town. We plant flowers, water and weed.”

“At one point, the flowers were looking withered through no fault of Sue and her crew,” said Hudson. “I called Sue at 4 p.m. and they were out first thing the next morning and made the flowers look great. Everyone noticed how great the flowers looked.”

Jernberg said she is proud of the work her crew has done. “I visit the marina down the street and I have to pass our work on the way down. I’m always telling my friends, `Look, that’s what my crews does.’ It makes me very proud.”
