Sussex Tech grads honored for language proficiency

Seven Sussex Technical High School graduates earned honors for reaching a high level of proficiency in languages other than English.
Language proficiency includes speaking, writing, listening and reading in real-world situations; students must go above and beyond high school graduation requirements to be honored.
The state Gold Level Certificate of Multiliteracy was recently presented to the following students: Dalianny Corporan of Milford, Lindsey Lopez-Cotoc of Georgetown, Egla Navarro of Milford, Tracey Otiz-Reyes of Georgetown, Azucena Ortiz-Roblero of Georgetown, Karli Sunnergren of Georgetown and Carmen Velasquez-Velasquez of Bridgeville.
