Hattie Burkey logs a time of 29:28.9.A 5K kicked off the third annual Cape Gazette Run & Fun Fest May 10, taking runners from Nassau Commons near Lewes out onto the Lewes-to-Georgetown Trail and back. Following the race, runners and family members could enjoy a day of food trucks, bouncy obstacle courses, petting zoo, pickleball, live music, beer garden and more. All proceeds benefit the Harry K Foundation.
