The Delaware Emergency Management Agency posted a tornado watch for Sussex County Nov. 30 until 7 p.m.
With temperatures more than 10 degrees warmer than normal, the National Weather Service predicts a strong storm system will impact the eastern United States. Moderate to locally heavy rainfall and windy conditions are expected to develop throughout the day.
