Why can't Tyler Technologies provide the valuation methodologies they use for the agricultural properties? It shouldn't be top-secret information. Surely agricultural property owners shouldn't always have to resort to an appeal? Tyler Technologies should simply provide the methodology; they should stand behind their product. God knows how much the contract was worth for the Delaware reassessments. Our farmers, and our great state, deserve to know this information.
Thanks to Sen. Pettyjohn and Sen. Hoffner for speaking up for the farmers. Keep the pressure on Tyler Technologies until they provide the answer. Perhaps the governor could weigh in.
