Vintage Violet boutique opens in Lewes

Vintage Violet, a chic boutique, has opened at 33800 Dreamweaver Lane, off Savannah Road in Lewes.

The shop offers painted furniture, home décor, Jeanne d’Arc Living’s vintage chalk paint, and a mix of romantic and casual bohemian designer clothing styles.

Handcrafted items include candles, French silk powder and bath products, sea glass jewelry and greeting cards. Vintage Violet also partners with Love Your Melon, a company that offers warm and stylish beanie hats and scarves, and gives 50 percent of proceeds to pediatric cancer research and families. 

Vintage Violet is owned and founded by Victoria Smith. Originally from Bucks County, Pa., Smith has lived in Sussex County for 11 years and is the mother of three boys. For four years, she worked in real estate in the Lewes and Rehoboth areas.
