William J. Cimino, loved technology

William J. Cimino, 71, of Lewes passed away peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, surrounded by his family.  He was born July 22, 1948, in Scranton, Pa., son of the late Dominick J. and Ann Cimino.

Bill graduated from St. Francis College in Loretta, Pa., and went on to work in the transportation industry in the Baltimore, Md. area.  Upon retiring, he relocated to Lewes to live at the beach; his lifelong dream.  Bill loved technology and had a passion for building, as well as fixing computers and electronics. He was an avid card player and loved poker night with the guys.  Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all.  He will forever be remembered and treasured in our hearts.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Dominick J. Cimino Jr.  He is survived by his adoring wife of 50 years, Kathy Cimino; his cherished daughter, Marguerite Hager (Joseph); his beloved grandson, Geordan Neukum; his dear sister, JoAnne Bour; his sisters-in-law: Mary Ellen O'Malley, Patricia Padeletti and Martha Somers; his brothers-in-law: Jay O'Malley, Al Padeletti, Robert Somers and Andrew Novak; and his many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
