Worcester Prep Mathcounts team places third in region

The Worcester Prep Middle School Mathcounts team traveled with math teacher coaches Kathy Fahey and Hunter Causey to Baltimore Feb. 22, to compete in the Mathcounts Regional Competition.
The team placed third in its region, advancing its members to the state competition. Three Worcester Prep team members, sixth-grader Ansh Batra, seventh-grader Aleksey Klimins, and eighth-grader Carson Rayne, were among the highest-scoring individuals overall.
