Just in time for the cold weather season, Miltonians will now be able to get a fresh, hot cup of coffee and a gourmet breakfast downtown with the opening of Zava Cafe at 102 Federal St.
Opening to the public Dec. 23, owners Danio Somoza and Thaina Bittencourt were on hand to greet customers and help serve up Zava’s regular and specialty coffees. The breakfast menu is based around farm-fresh eggs and locally sourced fruits and veggies. Zava also offers a lunch menu and a selection of smoothies and fruit drinks.
Somoza and Bittencourt also have a Zava Cafe location on Wilmington Avenue in Rehoboth Beach.
Zava Cafe is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday and Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
