Ben Bamforth commits to run cross country and track at Winthrop University

Ben Bamforth, aka the Ben Bam Man, a Sussex Tech senior, signed his letter of commitment to attend Winthrop University in the fall, where he will run cross country and track. Winthrop is located in Rock Hill, S.C. It’s Division I in all sports, but does not have a football team. Ben has taken a break from running this spring as he recovers from a light injury. He won the Henlopen Conference Cross Country Championship 23 years after his father Tim won the title on the same course.
