Ribbon cutting held for Best Nest Home Furnishings

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce welcomed Best Nest Home Furnishings to the resort community with a ribbon cutting June 16.

Best Nest marks a return to the Cape Region with the opening of its new store at 403 Rehoboth Ave. The store’s mission is to make sure beach homes look as good on the inside as they do on the outside. It offers a full line of rugs, furniture, art and accessories for all decorating desires.

Co-owner Nikki Schroeder said Best Nest is a full-service furniture store, specializing in coastal cottage-style interiors. "Lots of color and whimsy. We specialize in beach houses. This seemed like the perfect location," she said.

Best Nest offers moderately priced home furnishings and accessories compared to other stores in order to accommodate the average homeowner. "Moderately priced but beautiful, good-quality furniture," said Schroeder.

"It's exciting because I think we're going to fill a small niche in Rehoboth with our price level," said co-owner John Selway.
