Meals on Wheels Delaware held its 16th Annual Celebrity Beach Brunch Oct. 7 at the Rusty Rudder. Featured at the event were tastings by local chefs, craft beer and wine, and brunch cocktails. Funds raised at the event will be distributed to the state’s Meals on Wheels programs.
