Groome UMC to host Local Folk Concert Aug. 17

The Anchor Coffee House at Groome United Methodist Church will host its second annual Local Folk Concert from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 17.
The event recognizes singer-guitarists Bob Crabb and Bob McNamara, two local performers who promote the tradition of local live music by hosting open mics. Singer-songwriter Cathy Jane will open the concert. Admission is $10 cash at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m. The address is 601 Savannah Road, Lewes.
