Rehoboth’s Federal Fritter restaurant holds ribbon-cutting
Tucked in just a short block away from Rehoboth Beach’s popular Boardwalk, Federal Fritter blends the character of Rehoboth’s historic beach scene with the experience of award-winning cuisine from five-time James Beard nominee Chef Todd Gray of the Nation’s Capital.
Federal Fritter can host private dining experiences as well as off-site catering. Menus are seasonal and locally sourced. The restaurant experience immerses parties in an eclectic, hand-painted mural of some of D.C.’s most infamous landmarks, a nod to their federal roots while just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. The beat is edgy and the vibe is urban.
The Federal Reserve Bar features daily happy hour with half-priced fritters in the bar from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Fritter Shop in the front lobby is a takeaway featuring the fritters – a shareable, snackable, poppable treat meant for strolling along the Boardwalk or a snack on the beach.
