Turnstone awarded Best Custom Single-Family Home

Turnstone Custom Homes of Rehoboth Beach has won the Best Custom Single-Family Home Regal Award for Delaware custom home builders who built fewer than 20 homes in 2020.

The honor was bestowed for the Bayard, an original Turnstone design that required tremendous imagination because the lot was 50-by-75-feet, not the typical 50-by-100-foot size found in Rehoboth.

Judging the Regal Awards was a panel of experts chosen by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware, formerly known as the Homebuilders Association of Delaware, at its May 14 award ceremony in Dewey Beach.

“Our entire team is really gratified to have one of our homes recognized by this panel of experts selected by our peers in the industry,” said Harvey Ryan, Turnstone CEO. “This home presented some unique challenges, but our design and construction teams rose to meet those challenges.”
