Piping Out on Rehoboth Boardwalk canceled
Organizers cite continued spread of COVID-19 as reason

The Rehoboth Beach Museum announced Aug. 30 that, after careful consideration and out of an abundance of caution, the Piping Out Parade on the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach has been canceled. The event had been scheduled for Monday, Sept. 6. Museum Executive Director Nancy Alexander said the continued spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant was the reason for the cancellation.
