The Body Shop Fitness Center has been serving the Rehoboth Beach community since 1989. Bryan Mack has been working at the Body Shop since June 2022.

- How long have you been living in the area?
“I am a proud native Sussex Countian and have lived in the Rehoboth area most of my life, other than six years when I worked in DC.”
- What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
“My favorite thing about living at the beach is our community. We truly live in a special place, and I feel fortunate to have so many close friends and family to share it with.”
- What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?
“I work in business development and enjoy going to work each day to help nurture and ensure that the future of our state's economy is bright for years to come.”
- Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?
“I have always tried to be active and incorporate fitness into everything I do. My grandmother was a huge inspiration who taught me the importance of eating healthy and exercising often. Memom, as most called her, lived until she was 93 years old and was known around Rehoboth for walking the boardwalk nearly every day.”
- When did you start working out at the Body Shop?
“I started working out at the Body Shop in June 2022. I moved back to Rehoboth in 2019 from DC and I felt like my workout routine was becoming stagnant, so I recently decided to make a change. As small-town magic happens, I ran into Adam just before the summer and started to ask him different fitness questions that had been piling up in my head. After that conversation, I knew the Body Shop was the place for me. “
- Favorite health tip to share:
“My main health tip is to listen to your body. I've always been a believer in taking a day off if your body and mind are exhausted. There's no need to stress or overextend when you're not feeling up to working out. Eat well, get a good night's rest, and get after it the next day.”
