Dimitra Yoga beach classes continue throughout summer

Dimitra Yoga outdoor yoga classes are back on the beach in Lewes and Rehoboth.

The 8 a.m. classes on the sand are good for all levels of yoga experience and visitors are welcome.

Participants should look for a Dimitra Yoga instructor in Lewes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Savannah Beach past Dairy Queen.

Rehoboth classes meet Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the south end of the Boardwalk on the beach at Penn Street.

Attendees should bring a beach towel, water and sunscreen. Cost is $20 for a single beach class or $60 for one week of unlimited classes. To register and pay in advance, go to dimitrayoga.com.

Dimitra Yoga also holds yoga classes that are donation-based, with funds raised going to local community members In need. These give-what-you-can classes for all levels class meet at 8 a.m. Sundays, at Lewes Canalfront Park.

A wide variety of Dimitra Yoga classes are offered every day in the studio, with options to participate person or online via Zoom.
