NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet sets ad and ticket deadline Sept. 14

The Lower Sussex NAACP Branch 2029 will hold its Freedom Fund Banquet honoring unsung heroes in the local community at 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, at Grace United Methodist Church, 7 South King St., Georgetown.

The Rev. John Moore Sr. will be the keynote speaker at this year’s banquet
