Why does the Sussex County Planning & Zoning Commission ignore environmental comments?
Why should retention ponds, necessary because of overdevelopment, be included as open space?
Why can't we count on lawyers and public officials to do right by the taxpayers as they have in Kent and New Castle counties?
Sussex County needs an environmental commission as proposed by Denise Garner in the Oct. 27 edition.
