ResortQuest Real Estate announces 2011 top producers

ResortQuest Real Estate recently announced the firm’s 2011 top producers at its annual awards meeting at The Bistro at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View.

Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office earned top honors for highest listing volume in 2011 by posting $21.9 million.

Rounding out the 2011 honors for top individual listing volume honors were Dayna Feher of the Bethany Beach office for more than $14.7 million and Colleen Windrow of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office with $12.2 million.

Hand also earned top honors for the highest selling volume in 2011 by posting $10.6 million.

Earning individual top selling volume honors for 2011 were, in second place, Feher of the Bethany Beach office for more than $9 million and Tammy Hadder and Anna Meiklejohn of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office, with $7.3 million each.

“All ResortQuest agents are award winners,” said Ann K. Baker, broker of record for the firm. “We are extremely proud of our sales team and their accomplishments during 2011.”

Other award winners for selling volume were Nicole Peterdozzi of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office with $7.1 million, Linda Quasney of the Bayside office with $7 million, Steve Alexander of the Edgewater/Sea Colony office with $6.7 million, Windrow with $6.5 million, Despina Kaneles of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office with $5.3 million, Marc Grimes of the Bear Trap Dunes office with $5.2 million and Anne Powell and Jen Hughes of the Bayside office with $5 million each.
