Attorney Elizabeth Soucek joins DiPietro Law

DiPietro Law LLC in Millsboro recently announced attorney Elizabeth L. Soucek has joined the firm.

A member of the Delaware Bar since 2011, Soucek is a lifelong Milford resident known to all as “Bliss.”

She graduated from Milford Senior High School, and earned her bachelor’s degree in English with highest honors from Point Park University and her JD from George Mason University School of Law.

Now specializing in estate planning, Soucek has practiced family law and real estate, and has always been drawn to areas of law where she can make a difference and help others through challenging times in their lives.

Soucek clerked for three judges with Sussex County Family Court for a year before entering private practice. She has been secretary of the Sussex County Bar Association and an associate member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners. She was a CASA attorney for the Office of the Child Advocate for eight years, representing Delaware children in foster care. 

In her spare time, she teaches ballet and tap at Tatiana Akinfieva Dance Academy in Milford. She also serves as a choreographer for local community theater groups including Possum Point Players in Georgetown and Second Street Players in Milford. She enjoys reading and cooking, as well as spending time with family and friends, and her dog Rocky.
