Johnson Orthodontics awards scholarships to high school grads

Dr. Jonathan Johnson recently presented two $500 college scholarships from Johnson Orthodontics to Travers Johnson of Cape Henlopen High School and Addison Lane of Sussex Academy.

The Extraordinary Smiles Scholarship was established in 2018 to recognize outstanding students in the Cape Region and help them offset the cost of higher education.

As in previous years, both of this year’s recipients have consistently achieved excellent grades while still finding time to participate in extracurricular activities and work part-time jobs.

Travers will be attending Virginia Tech to study general engineering, and Addison will be heading to Penn State, where she will major in mechanical engineering.

The entire team at Johnson Orthodontics is extremely proud of both Travers and Addison, and wishes them much success and many, many smiles!
