Sussex County town managers gathered Oct. 25 to 29 in Tampa, Fla., for the 2025 International City/County Management Association, where they learned about purposeful leadership offered from hundreds of professional development workshops.
This year, Milton Town Manager Kristy Rogers was elected by hundreds of ICMA Northeast members to represent Delaware as the ICMA Northeast regional vice president.
