Rehoboth Beach has announced it will replace the Boardwalk pavilion at the end of Maryland Avenue between the Atlantic Sands and Boardwalk Plaza hotels.
“Work is beginning soon on the Maryland Ave. pavilion – demo and rebuilding will take place over the next few weeks. This is a structural, wear-and-tear update,” reads a Facebook post from the city.
