Riverwalk Farmers Market sets May 2 grand opening in Milford

Downtown Milford will host the grand opening of the 2026 Riverwalk Farmers Market season starting at 8 a.m., Saturday, May 2,  along the scenic Riverwalk in downtown Milford.

Now entering its 31st year, the Riverwalk Farmers Market continues to be a beloved community tradition, bringing together local farmers, artisans and neighbors in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The market will run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., every Saturday from May through October, with additional special market dates planned for November and December.

Shoppers can look forward to a wide variety of fresh, locally grown produce, handmade goods and unique offerings from both returning favorites and new vendors joining the market this season. The 2026 season promises to build on the market’s long-standing reputation as a cornerstone of community connection and local economic support.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome both new and returning vendors for another amazing season,” said Sade' Truiett, Downtown Milford coordinator. “The Riverwalk Farmers Market is truly a staple in our community, something we all look forward to each year.”
