Governor signs brewery expansion bill

Gov. Jack Markell signed legislation Aug. 5 aimed at helping Delaware farm wineries, brew pubs, microbreweries and craft distilleries expand their businesses in and out of the state.  The signing ceremony for House Bill 190 took place at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton.
