COLDWELL BANKER RESORT REALTY NAMES SEPTEMBER TOP PRODUCERS
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of September. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Jack O’Hollaren. For the Lewes branch, the top listing agent was Kathy DeGrange. The top selling agent was Mary-Beth Pepper. The top overall agent was Dolores Desmond.
Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 17 consecutive years and is a member of the President’s International Gold Circle ranking him within the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach and mentor with both Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.
O’Hollaren, licensed for over twenty years, has both experience in sales and rentals. Previously employed in the advertising business in multiple states, Jack has over thirty years marketing experience.
DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds both a Maryland and a Delaware Real Estate License. She is involved in Read a Loud Delaware and the Village Improvement Association.
Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors.
Desmond, Vice President and Broker of Record of the Lewes office, has been licensed since 1997. She has been recognized as a Top Producer for the last seven consecutive years and is a member of the President’s Multi-Million Dollar Circle. Desmond recently earned her Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, specializing in short sales and helping homeowners find alternatives to foreclosures.
