During its Dec. 3 meeting, Sussex County Council recognizes the Indian River High School Division II boys' state soccer champs. The Indians, the first Sussex County high school boys' team to win a state soccer title, finished the season Nov. 16 with a 3-0 victory over St. Elizabeth's.
