Stingray reapplies for patio liquor license

April 23, 2014

Stingray Sushi Bar and Asian Latino Grill on Lake Avenue in Rehoboth Beach has reapplied for a license to serve alcohol on a proposed 720-square foot patio.

On April 3, Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner John Cordrey denied Stingray’s earlier application because it did not have a building permit.

Building inspector Terri Sullivan said Stingray’s building permit for the patio has been issued.

Protests against the application must be received by the commissioners’ office by Wednesday, May 7.
