Nickle Electric donates to Delaware Hospice event

June 1, 2014

Nickle Electrical Companies’ representatives visited Delaware Hospice Center in Milford to formally present a check for sponsorship of the Delaware Hospice 5K Run and Family Fun Walk.

The annual fundraiser will be held Wednesday, July 9, at the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford.

Steve Dignan, president/CEO of Nickle Electrical Companies, said, “We’ve been involved with Delaware Hospice for many years, especially through the construction of the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. It is amazing to realize that more than 4,000 patients and their families have benefited from their wonderful care at the Center since its opening six years ago. It’s an honor to support such a worthwhile organization.”

“The support of our sponsors makes it possible for us to hold these events,” said Peggy Dolby, assistant director of development. “Nickle Electric has been a generous supporter of many of our events in Sussex County. Business partners as caring as Nickle Electric make an important impact, and help Delaware Hospice continue meeting the needs of individuals coping with serious illness.”
