Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces Five Star Real Estate Agents

Five Star Professional has partnered with Delaware Today to determine the real estate agents in the Delaware area who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction. The list of Five Star Real Estate Agents comprises an elite group, representing less than 7 percent of 4,200 licensed agents in the Delaware area. All award winners will be announced in a special section in the November issue of Delaware Today and on fivestarprofessional.com.

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a native and lifelong resident of Lewes, as well as a University of Delaware business and economics graduate. He has been recognized as Coldwell Bankers’ No. 1 agent within franchised companies for the State of Delaware for 18 consecutive years and is also a member of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, an award given to only 3 percent of sales associates by Coldwell Banker International. Castelline has been a licensed realtor for 10 years. He strives to stay educated on the latest issues affecting the real estate market and has accomplished this earning his Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Internet Specialist and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist designations. Castelline has lived and worked in Sussex County for over 30 years. This is his fifth year recognized as a Delaware Today Five Star Realtor.

Bohne has been a licensed Delaware realtor for 10 years, previously licensed in Massachusetts before moving to Delaware. Bohne is a Trained Relocation Specialist, has the GREEN designation and has completed the National Association of Realtors’ Short Sales and Foreclosures training. He has been recognized for his accomplishments with Coldwell Banker as a member of the President’s Multi-Million Dollar Circle for 2008, 2009 and 2010, and the President’s Gold Circle for 2011, 2012 and 2013. Douglass has been a licensed Delaware Realtor since 2003. She has been a lifetime vacationer to the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach areas, and has owned several investment properties over the years. Douglass also holds the Green Realtor designation and is currently serving as president-elect for the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors. Stacy has been a licensed Delaware Realtor since 1988. Stacy is a certified e-pro, a designation held by only 8 percent of the over 1,000,000 National Association of Realtors members. Over her career, Stacy has been recognized numerous times for her outstanding performance on both closed listing volume and closed sales volume by inclusion in the International Sterling Society, President’s Gold Circle and President’s Multi-Million Dollar Club. Hearn has been licensed with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for 33 years. She joined the firm in 1981 and is proud to be the longest-standing agent with the company. She holds her Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations. She has been recognized for multi-million-dollar sales achievements for many years during her career, and most years received the President’s Gold Circle Award. She has also been honored with the Chairman’s Award for outstanding accomplishments with the firm. This is her second year recognized as a Delaware Today Five Star Realtor.

Joyner is the past 2012 president of the Sussex County Association of Realtors. A licensed realtor in Delaware and Maryland since 2003, she obtained her Delaware associate broker’s license in 2008, and holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Green Designations. She received the 2011 Coldwell Banker President’s Silver Circle Award and 2012 President’s Gold Circle Award. This is her fifth year recognized as a Delaware Today 5 Star Realtor. She volunteers in the community and has served as a Red Dress Ambassador. Joyner is a board member for Nanticoke Memorial Hospital and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
