Azura Clothing opens at new location

February 16, 2015

A Rehoboth Beach favorite has found itself a new home.

Azura Clothing has moved across Rehoboth Avenue next to Kilwin’s and Dunkin Donuts, leaving behind its home of 14 years at 139 Rehoboth Ave.

While the address may have changed, what has made Azura a popular shopping destination will not. Azura will still be carrying its lines of women’s boutique fashion, but owner Alyssa Titus said the store will be carrying more home products – candles, magnets, signs – than before. After years with the same sign on Rehoboth Avenue, Titus said she would be getting a new sign for the new store.

Titus said the move to the new store at 146 Rehoboth Ave. was mainly for an upgraded building on the same block. Although she was originally planning to open in early January, Titus said the building needed some structural and electrical work before it was ready.

"It looks good now and we’re happy,” she said.

After President’s Day, Monday, Feb. 16, Azura will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the weekend. For more information, call 226-9650.
