Ribbon-cutting ceremony held for Tupperware's new location

May 1, 2015

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 16 to celebrate Tupperware’s relocation. Sussex County’s Tupperware mainstay has just moved next door to its previous location at the intersection of Routes 9 and 5 in Harbeson.

The new space allows for more product storage, a larger showroom floor and a consultant training center. Marilyn Robinson has been a Tupperware consultant since 1977, and her husband Forrest joined the business after his retirement from PECO Energy.

At Tupperware’s new home, 26454 Lewes-Georgetown Highway, Tupperware brand products are for sale, and Tupperware parties and fundraisers can be booked. The Robinsons are happy to help customers with all their baking and storage needs. For store hours and more information call 302-664-1071.
