Peggy and Frank Winstead celebrate 64th wedding anniversary

Friends and family members gathered recently to celebrate the 64th anniversary of Frank and Peggy Winstead. Frank and Peggy renewed their vows at Brandywine Senior Living in Rehoboth where Peggy is a resident. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Donna McEntee.
