For the Schell Brothers family, being healthy and active goes hand-in-hand with happiness, so creating a family-friendly, active event for all to enjoy was a no-brainer. We love to run. We love to be happy. And so the first ever Run Happy 5k was born!
We are back this year for round two, with the bar set high for an even bigger turnout than last year and even more fun in 2017. Between the brand new clubhouse, the awesome block party, and the scenic 5k run along the Eagle View Trail and through the Coastal Club community, you won’t want to miss the 2nd Annual Schell Brothers Run Happy 5k!

Proceeds to benefit Homes of Hope, a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission to provide adequate, sustainable housing to families in impoverished areas of the world. The goal is to convert old sea shipping containers into 2BR sustainable housing units complete with a kitchen, living space, bath, solar powered lighting, and garden roof. For each $15,000 raised a container can be transformed into a home and help a family break the chain of poverty.
