Trio of Open Houses Showcased by the Oldfather Group on Sept. 16-17

While enjoying a sampling of southern Delaware's fantastic fall festivals over the next few days (read more about those here), stop by and see representatives of the Oldfather Group, who will be scattered throughout the county showcasing some of the area's most inviting homes this weekend.

We're opening two Dagsboro area homes to the public on Saturday and then venturing west to the city of Seaford on Sunday, and we'd love for you to stop by and take a look.

Located in the premiere waterfront community of Bay Colony, at 34441 Holly Tree Lane in Dagsboro, the first showcased property this weekend is a four bedroom, three full and two half bathroom home, that features a spectacular outdoor living area to enjoy coastal Delaware's warm weather season.

Located at 29509 Racket Court, also in Bay Colony, the second coastal home open for viewing this weekend is a five bedroom, three bathroom property resting on a third of an acre.

Last but certainly not least, the third and final property featured by the Oldfather Group this weekend is located a few miles west of the beaches in the city of Seaford.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 17, Dominick Scott from the Oldfather Group will be your host at 24169 Jamore Drive in the "Nylon Capital of the World."
