Baxter and Pierce win Cripple Creek Senior Club Championship

For the second year in a row, Jeff Baxter and Donna Pierce won the titles of Cripple Creek men's and women's Senior Club Championship. The two-day event was held at Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club near Bethany Beach. In sweltering mid-July heat, the two edged out the competition to retain their titles, with Baxter winning in a sudden death playoff and Pierce winning by two strokes.
