Book donations for Lewes library sale due July 28
Thanks to the generosity of community members, the Lewes Public Library's storage room is filled with donated books and other materials for the Friends of the Lewes Public Library fall book sale. Beginning Friday, July 28, the library will not accept donations of books and other materials.
A list of other libraries and thrift shops where books may be accepted for donation is available at the library circulation desk and on the library website.
The fall book sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30. The Friends' Preview Night will be 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29.
The Friends of the Lewes Public Library will accept book donations again starting Monday, Oct. 23.For more information, call 302-645-2733 or go to www.leweslibrary.org.
