Electrophysiologist to speak to Better Breathing support group Feb. 21

The Better Breathers Support Group will feature a talk by Dr. Malick Islam, an electrophysiologist with Beebe Healthcare and Delaware Cardiovascular Associates, at its next meeting at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 21, at Lewes Public Library.
In recognition of Heart Month in February, the talk will focus on heart health and how it can affect lung health. The group is open to anyone with pulmonary diseases. Information on pulmonary disease and treatments is presented monthly by respiratory therapists, physicians, dietitians and pharmacists.
