Epworth Music Department to host ‘Yule Love It’ Dec. 10
Epworth United Methodist Church will host "Yule Love It," an evening of music at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10. During the first half the Epworth Chancel Choir, under the direction of Doug Yetter, will perform the Christmas Cantata by Joseph Martin, Ceremony of Candles.
The second half of the evening's musical entertainment will be the Sussex Tech Women's Choir, the Rehoboth Concert Band joined by the CAMP Chorus Singers from CAMP Rehoboth and the Epworth Praise Team. The second part of the evening will include a good ole fashion sing-a-long with favorite Christmas carols.
Yetter, director of Music Ministries at Epworth, said a little elf told him that a big man in red and white will be there, so bring a camera and grab a picture with him... that is... if the elf is correct. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served at intermission.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, and may be purchased at the church office or on line at www.eumcrb.org/yule.
