After Craig’s retirement from the Coast Guard, they moved to Delaware full time in April 2016. She became licensed in Delaware in December 2016 and joined Coldwell Banker in June 2017.

Kari and Craig met in 2009 and married in 2010 while Craig was stationed in Alaska. Between the two of them, they have six children and four grandchildren. They are an avid outdoor family, enjoying boating, fishing, camping and many other outdoor activities. They are proud to support charities such as the American Legion, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Alzheimer’s charities and the Elks Club.

“A growth in business necessitated growth in my group, and Craig and Kari are the perfect addition. Their professional work ethic and enthusiasm representing buyer and seller clients will ensure continued success for our team,” said Frank Hornstein.

Hornstein joined Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in 2016 after working for two years at another local real estate firm. He earned his bachelor of science degree in management from Penn State University and continues to love Happy Valley. Prior to that, he owned his own business in Washington, D.C. PlantWorks Design Group supplied interior plants, landscaping and Christmas decorating to businesses.

After 29 years, Hornstein decided it was time to move to the beach and make a change to a new lifestyle. Real estate was always Hornstein’s plan.

Hornstein came to Coldwell Banker for a chance to continue his career in real estate. He chose Coldwell Banker Resort Realty due to the strength of its brand, outstanding culture and educational benefits. In April 2016 he earned his Accredited Buyer’s Representation Designation. In November 2016 he earned his Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification. In 2017, he completed the ASP Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent Course.
