New members welcomed at Village Improvement Association

October 16, 2016

At their first members’ meeting after summer, the Village Improvement Association of Rehoboth Beach welcomed new members. The VIA holds monthly meetings from September through May as they actively work for the benefit of community and insight to areas of the arts, home life, conservation, public issues, education, domestic violence, international outreach, and community improvement.

President Rose Marie Patin has chosen the Rehoboth Beach Public Library as the President’s Project for her two-year term. This is most fitting since the VIA founded the library in 1912, and has helped in its development in various ways ever since.
