Phyllis J. Lazerow, computer analyst

Phyllis J. Lazerow, 58, of Lewes, formerly of Southern Maryland, passed away suddenly Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, at her home.

Phyllis was born in Munich, Germany, Dec. 28, 1959, daughter of the late Stephen A. Lazerow and the late Katherine (Brandt) Lazerow.

She had worked for the FBI, the Secret Service and for AT&T as a computer analyst before her disability . Phyllis loved living near the beach, spending time with her family, and listening to music. She also enjoyed trips to Washington, D.C., visiting old churches and looking at their architecture.

Phyllis is survived by her half sister and companion, Tracy Safford; a daughter, Pearl N. Vickers and her husband Alec; a granddaughter, Charlotte Vickers; an uncle, Paul Brandt and his wife Mary; three cousins, Kathie, Trish and Dick; and her beloved four-legged companion, Blaze Starr Lazerow.

A celebration of her life will be held noon to 3 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, at Angola Beach Estates Clubhouse, 22971 Suburban Blvd., Lewes. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services.
