Thomas Bruce Warner, devoted to family
Thomas Bruce Warner, 83, of Ocean View, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at his residence. He was born in Gates, N.Y., June 9, 1933, son of the late William J. and Matilda E. (Ehmann) Warner.
Mr. Warner was a proud U.S. Army veteran. He treasured time spent with his loved ones and was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris (Gardiner) Warner; a brother Michael Warner; and a daughter-in-law Kimberly Warner. He is survived by four sons: Bruce (Karen) Warner, Brian (Linda) Warner, Brendan (Connie) Warner and Brett Warner; his 11 grandchildren; his six great-grandchildren; and his brothers: David, Dennis, and Christopher Warner.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 16, at 1 p.m., at St. Ann Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, Ocean View.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way; Milford, DE 19963.
