Shoppers wait for the openings at Tanger Outlets

The Coach outlet also had a line of shoppers waiting for a chance at pre-Black Friday bargains. The store was open but only letting in customers as customers left the store. BY STEVEN BILLUPS
Shoppers turned out late in the evening at the Tanger Outlets on Thanksgiving night, Nov. 22 for special Black Friday sales. The official opening of the shops was 10 p.m., but many of businesses were open and busy with customers earlier. The Sony store waited until 10 p.m. to open its doors to the long line waiting for the flat screens and sound systems.
