Jerry Smith, generous man

Jerry W. Smith of Millsboro passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, after a long battle with cancer, at his home surrounded by his family and best friend Steven Sharp.
Jerry will be forever remembered by his devoted and loving sisters, Brenda Fluharty of Millsboro and Faye Holley of Newark; and brother, Alfred D. Smith Jr and his wife Betty of Townsend. He is also survived by a daughter, Teresa Snyder, her husband Todd and a granddaughter Taylor Snyder, all of Collinsville, Va., along with countless other friends and family members whom were blessed to have known him.
Jerry touched the lives of many people with his generosity and will be sadly missed by all.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Family and friends will be notified.
