P.J. Kesmodel receives Coach of the Year Award from DSBA

Cape's head coach of girls' lacrosse P.J. Kemodel received the Delaware Sportswriters and Broadcasters Association Coach of the Year Award presented at a luncheon Feb. 18 at the new Sheraton South Hotel in southern Wilmington.
Kesmodel led the 2012 Cape squad to a perfect 18-0 record and a state championship, the fourth year in a row at Cape for the veteran coach.
Kesmodel's Cape teams have won 47 straight games versus Delaware opponents.
Kesmodel also won coach state titles coaching Mt. Hebron girls in Maryland and one state title coaching the boys' team.
Practice for the 2013 season begins Friday, March 1.
