Sharon A. Donahue, banking specialist

Sharon A. Donahue, 57, of Roswell, Ga., formerly of Wilmington, died Thursday, March 7, 2013. Sharon was a graduate of Thomas McKean High School in Wilmington and she also attended the University of Delaware.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father, John William Stinson, and mother, Lucille Stinson. She is survived by her husband, Joe; daughter, Haley; brother, Grant Stinson, of Felton; sister, Colleen DeMasi of Lewes; her uncle and aunt, Dick and Shirley Hodson of Pascoag, R.I., and their children Donna, Linda, Shawn and Michael.
Sharon was involved in banking operations and customer service roles throughout her career, starting with Chase in Wilmington, then Synovus/Bank of North Georgia.
Most recently, Sharon was employed as a bank offices specialist in the Bank of North Georgia's Operations Center, in Roswell, and was the recipient of numerous service awards and recognition from BNG during her career.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 13, at the Cathedral of St. Peter, Sixth and West sts., Wilmington, where family and friends may visit from 9 to 10 a.m. Interment will follow in All Saints' Cemetery.
